Subsequently our GB Kids Program is designed to teach children self-discipline, and safety as well as providing a unique way to express themselves, as a result they grow in character and virtue. As a result of self preservation and stability in Self Defense BJJ.
In addition all our instructors are trained to interact and offer gentle correction for children and teens who practice the art of Jiu-Jitsu. Children over the age of four can begin their training at Gracie Barra HQ Irvine, and above all experiencing the true power of brotherhood, integrity, discipline, self-control and respect. In conclusion our GBK program is structured similarly to adult courses, furthermore made with adaptations and modifications to reach the different age ranges in the class.
