Questions about our Jiu-Jitsu programs
Do I need any experience to start?
No. Most students start with no martial arts background at all. Adults begin in GB1 Fundamentals and kids join the class for their age group, and our instructors guide every new student step by step.
At what age can kids start Jiu-Jitsu?
The GB Kids curriculum is organized by age: Tiny Champions (3–4), Little Champions 1 (5–6), Little Champions 2 (7–9) and Juniors (10–15). Check the calendar for the current class times.
Which of the Jiu-Jitsu programs is right for me?
If you are new to Jiu-Jitsu, start with GB1 Fundamentals or the Women's Program. GB2 and GB3 are the next stages once you have the basics. When you book a trial class, our team will help you choose.
